Summary of Role:
Assist customers in getting maximal value for their process whilst achieving the best possible pricing level.
Strive to become the preferred contact person for customers when it comes to instrumentation and customer service.
To be the prolonged hand of the outside sales by performing according to promises given by them.
Give application support to customers on a wide range of process industry fields.
Working in Integrated team with our customer and maximizing the Emerson scope.

Required Qualifications and Experience:
Technical education (at least at Technical College level.
Experienced worker as Instrument Technician, Automation Technician in the process business.
Experienced in Excel and Word
Fluent in English language.

Specific Job Responisibilities:
Answer technical queries from customers by mail, fax or phone.
Prepare quotations for customers and follow up on them on a regular basis.
Assist outside sales in preparing quotes for projects
Prepare orders for entry into the present order-system
Assist documentation responsible in preparing and sending documentation for project orders
Sell in extra value for customers and for Emerson by using CPS and Plantweb arguments
Perform work according to internal and external laws and procedures
Always have the customer in focus and aim to improve our involvement and connection with the customer
Assist in external meetings held by outside sales
Participate in MAC projects as an associated part of the Solutions group project-team
Incorporate new products in knowledge portfolio when released and actively sell in these towards customers
Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices
Make good use of Emerson European Customer Support Center (ECSC) in day to day basis
